Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of intimate apparel ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges/returns will only be accepted for items with manufacturers’ defects and/or items damaged in shipment. All exchanges must be approved/authorized by our customer service department, via email. Email us at email@example.com within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Once received items must meet the following conditions: original tags must be attached, items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of scent (pet, smoke, perfume etc.) Please include the following in the email: Order number, style number, size, description of the problem, and a photo showing clearly the damages or defects. If another size is needed, follow the same steps for damaged and defective items. The new size will be sent out once the item has been received. To avoid sizing exchanges we encourage that you measure and refer to the size charts in our fitting room.
